- All prices include electricity, gas, water and internet access.
- Changeover day Sunday.
- Short stays or alternative changeover days may be available on request.
- Arrival and departure: no earlier than 15.00hrs on arrival and no later than 10.00hrs on departure.
- Later departure and earlier arrival may be possible on request.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Cleaning / security deposit: A charge of £100 is payable in addition to the weekly rate. This will be refunded if the house is left reasonably clean and tidy and without damage.
- Pets: are welcome, but we must be notified and they must be confined to the ground floor.
- Visitors: a reasonable number of daytime visitors are welcome at Mallards, but the number staying overnight must not exceed 8 adults. The driveway and car park is shared with permanently resident neighbours, so their privacy and right to peace and quiet must be respected at all times. Mallards is not suitable for noisy parties or large gatherings of family or friends.
